THE ROLE
As a Chef de Rang, you are much more than a waiter. You are a storyteller, an ambassador of the W brand, and a key player in creating experiences that guests will remember long after they leave.
From breakfast service to evening dinners, from recommending the perfect dish to anticipating guest needs before they arise, you'll help transform every meal into a unique and memorable occasion.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deliver an exceptional and personalized service experience.
- Create genuine connections with guests and build memorable moments.
- Take food and beverage orders while confidently recommending menu items.
- Prepare and set dining areas according to W standards.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure flawless service.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout your work area.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve requests with professionalism and creativity.
- Uphold Marriott International and W Hotels standards in every interaction.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and people.
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Team spirit and flexibility.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and high-energy luxury environment.
- Previous experience in restaurants, bars, hotels, or hospitality is appreciated but not essential.
- Good knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous hospitality experience preferred.
- No supervisory experience required.
