The Pepper is looking for an Assistant Cook for its kitchen in Trani. The position is full-time and can be offered on a fixed-term contract or through a VAT-number arrangement. The work is performed in person at Via Arcangelo Prologo 33, 76125 Trani.

The role includes preparing the kitchen line, taking responsibility for line preparation, monitoring and reporting stock levels, and studying and understanding the menu courses. The assistant cook must strictly follow HACCP requirements, with particular attention to the correct storage, labelling, and orderly maintenance of food preparations in the appropriate cold-storage rooms.
Additional responsibilities include continuously monitoring the condition of kitchen equipment, completing mandatory health self-monitoring forms,
and properly cleaning kitchen areas.
Applicants must have 3 years of experience as an assistant cook. An HACCP certificate and workplace safety certificate are listed as preferred qualifications. xkiyazw The advertised salary is €1,200–€1,600 per month, with professional development support also offered.
