NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, is an education Academy focusing on arts and design: it is the largest private Academy in Italy, and the first one to have been recognized by the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR), back in 1980. As a recognized Academy, NABA offers academic diplomas equivalent to first and second level university degrees in the fields of design, fashion, graphics and communication, multimedia arts, set design, and visual arts.
NABA is currently seeking motivated individuals for the role of
INTERN RECEPTIONIST AND REGISTRATION OFFICE
Tutored by the Registration Office and Language Center Supervisor, the intern will study and apply customer care techniques to learn how to welcome students, teachers, visiting professors and guests, while developing the welcoming and professional spirit of our Academy, which aims to create a student-centered environment within our Campus.
The role will be equally divided between the Reception and the Registration Office, with 50% of the intern’s time dedicated to each area.
The selected candidate will learn the following activities:
• Assure a welcome service to students, teachers, visiting professors and guests giving the pass and the general information about the Campus and all services and Units. Execute the distribution of the student badge.
• Execute the management of switchboard distributing the calls to Units request and identifies the correct subject to forward the call or request. Execute the management of the mailbox of ‘reception’. Execute the lost and found.
• Support the Registration office in the daily activities (issuing certificates, supporting with the management of the mailbox Segreteria.roma sending notices to students and teachers, updating students study plan)
• Support the annual update of the guide, coordinate the collection of updates, require and verify the translation and layout of the texts.
