We are seeking an experienced Risk Portfolio Manager to oversee credit portfolio performance and strengthen risk management across a growing fintech environment. In this role, you will take ownership of portfolio monitoring, credit underwriting, and profitability analysis, using data-driven insights to guide strategic business decisions. You will evaluate high-value merchant credit facilities at scale, identify emerging risks, and optimize portfolio performance through quantitative analysis. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will translate complex data into actionable recommendations and clear presentations. Accountabilities:
• Manage credit portfolio performance: Monitor portfolio vintages, losses, originations, non-performing loans (NPLs) by cohort, and overall profitability to maintain a comprehensive view of credit risk and portfolio health.
• Evaluate and underwrite high-value credit facilities: Assess merchant credit facilities starting at USD 100,000–200,000 and above, developing scalable approaches to evaluate multiple exposures efficiently rather than relying solely on individual case reviews.
• Define and track key risk metrics: Establish and monitor performance indicators related to credit losses, portfolio yield, profitability, portfolio composition, and overall credit quality.
• Conduct hands-on data analysis: Independently extract, structure, and analyze portfolio data using SQL and, where applicable, Python to uncover trends, identify anomalies, an
