The Position
The Opportunity:
We're seeking a Reward Partner to join our People & Culture team and drive meaningful impact across our EMEA organization. In this role, you will be based at our Italian HQ in Monza and your main responsibilities will be:
• Collaborate with business leaders and People & Culture Business Partners to consult on advanced compensation and benefits topics, creating innovative approaches and solutions to complex issues.
• Design, implement, manage and communicate innovative and effective rewards programs and policies that align with organizational strategy.
• Monitor and assess compliance,
regulatory environment and best practices related to rewards, ensuring global and local/legal guidelines are understood and adhered to.
• Provide guidance, coaching and training to Reward Analysts within PSS to enable understanding of organizational structures, policy interpretation, and global reward practices.
• Drive practice enhancements through participation in global and local project squads aligned with the Compensation, Benefits & Recognition Area of Practice.
• Ensure governance of all spine topics, prioritize work using decision principles, and follow established escalation paths to maintain global alignment.
• Serve as a member of the PR&R; chapter in the continual improvement of work processes and in reducing work from the system to create a more efficient organization.
• Proactively seek process improvements and innovation, executing the strategic direction set by the People Reward and Recogn
