Role Description

The International Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Assago, responsible for driving global sales growth for UpSurgeOn’s simulation solutions. This position manages the end-to-end international sales cycle, including prospecting new clients, nurturing relationships with existing partners, and coordinating negotiations with distributors, hospitals, universities, and MedTech companies. The role involves preparing and delivering product presentations and demos,



participating in trade shows and conferences, and gathering market feedback to inform commercial strategy. The International Sales Specialist collaborates closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align customer needs with product capabilities, ensure smooth order processing, and support post-sale customer success. Regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends is expected, along with proactive identification of new business opportunities in key regions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in international sales and international business, with a strong track record of developing and closing deals across multiple regions.
• Knowledge of international trade practices and regulations, including familiarity with contracts, Incoterms, and cross-border commercial processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build
