Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rome for a Technical Inspection Specialist. The Inspection Specialist is responsible for performing detailed inspections on commercial turbofan engines within a CFM56 MRO Part145 environment, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
Key responsibilities include: Performing incoming, in-process,



and final inspections on engine parts and modules Executing inspection and testing activities in accordance with OEM technical manuals (e.g., AMM, CMM, ESM) and approved data Ensuring compliance with applicable aviation regulations (e.g., EASA Part-145) and company procedures Identifying non-conformities, supporting root cause analysis, and collaborating on corrective actions Maintaining accurate and traceable inspection records and documentation Working closely with technicians, engineers, and quality teams to resolve technical and quality issues Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and promoting quality best practices on the shop floor Operating effectively within a shift-based environment, ensuring continuity and consistency across handovers Qualifications Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Quality Control and inspection processes within an MRO or aviation environment Proven ability to read, interpret, and apply OEM technical documentation (AMM, CMM, IPC
