Your role:
We are looking for an experienced Internal Audit Director to lead the Internal Audit function across the region. Reporting to Group Internal Audit, the Internal Audit Director will define and deliver the regional risk-based audit strategy, provide independent assurance across the organisation and act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, Audit Committees and business leaders.
What you’ll do:
• Develop and execute the annual risk-based Internal Audit Plan across Flutter SEA, in line with business priorities, regulatory requirements and Group standards.
• Provide independent assurance on governance,
risk management and internal controls across Finance, Operations, Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Governance, Compliance and central initiatives.
• Present audit findings, key risk themes and recommendations to senior management, Audit Committees and other governance forums.
• Build strong relationships with the SEA Executive Leadership Team, Group Internal Audit, business leaders, regulators and external assurance providers.
• Lead complex audit engagements and ensure the quality and consistency of audit methodologies, reporting and remediation monitoring.
• Assess the control of environment supporting major transformation programmes, technology implementations, acquisitions and integrations.
• Strengthen the use of data analytics, continuous auditing and technology-enabled assurance.
