Brand Ambassador & Customer Service
• Represent Missoni as a true Brand Ambassador, demonstrating pride, passion and affinity for the Brand through a positive attitude, professional appearance and excellent customer approach
• Welcome and engage customers, creating a warm,
genuine and personalized shopping experience
• Understand customers’ needs and expectations, providing attentive and knowledgeable advice throughout the sales journey
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers based on trust, care and empathy
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Missoni collections, products, craftsmanship and brand heritage in order to provide accurate and inspiring product recommendations
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and effective solutions and a high level of customer satisfaction
Main Responsibilities
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling and customer relationship management
• Proactively develop the client book, identifying opportunities to attract new customers and strengthen relationships with existing clients
