1. High-Value Account Acquisition: Identify and penetrate top-tier apparel brands and retailers in your region with annual sourcing volumes from China exceeding $5M.
2. Strategic Networking: Leverage your existing network to connect our factory directly with C-level executives, Sourcing Directors, or Head Buyers.
3. Market Intelligence: Provide localized insights into regional fashion trends, pricing benchmarks, and compliance requirements (e.g., ESG/Sustainability standards).
4. Partnership Facilitation: Orchestrate the initial cooperation between the brand and our factory,
ensuring a smooth transition from sampling to mass production.
Core Requirements:
1. Proven Track Record: 5-10+ years of experience in the apparel industry, specifically in Global Sourcing or Supply Chain Management.
2. Elite Network: An established network of decision-makers in major apparel brands within Europe, North America, Turkey, South America, or Oceania.
3. ODM/OEM Expertise: Deep understanding of the manufacturing cycle for high-volume orders, including fabric development and QA.
4. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to work independently as a remote partner, driven by a high-reward, uncapped commission structure.
