We are looking for a Coordinator to join our Corporate Communication & Press Office team. This is not a purely editorial role: we are seeking a curious, hands-on professional who thrives in operational environments, proactively gathers information across a complex organization, and ensures that the right content reaches the right audience at the right time.

You will play a key role in supporting Costa’s media relations and corporate communication activities in Italy, acting as a reference point for content management and press requests. You will operate in a fast-moving environment where your ability to collect, verify, structure and maintain updated information will be essential to enable effective storytelling and media engagement.
Media Relations & Press Office Operations
You will support the execution of day-to-day media relations and press office activities for the Italian market, managing incoming requests such as interviews, press inquiries, and editorial deep-dives. You will ensure consistency of messaging and timely responses by coordinating internally and providing journalists with accurate and relevant information.
