We are now looking for a motivated Sales & Commercial Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Milan and contribute to our international business.

[What We Offer]
• Annual Gross Salary (RAL): €40,000–€50,000, negotiable based on experience and qualifications
• Full-time employment under CCNL Commercio – Level 3 (Probation Period: 60 working days)

[Main Responsibilities]
Sales & Customer Management
• Manage day-to-day sales activities and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers across assigned markets.
• Support product qualification processes,



customer trials, and commercial follow-up activities in cooperation with technical and R&D; teams.
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and commercial negotiations in line with company guidelines.

Sales Planning & Market Analysis
• Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
• Maintain sales forecasts, track performance, and contribute to sales planning and reporting.
• Support the implementation of regional sales strategies and commercial initiatives.

Commercial & Supply Chain Coordination
• Collaborate with HQ and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
• Manage sales-related documentation, order status, and commercial follow-ups.

[Required Qualifications]
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
