Your Role

We are hiring a Loan Officer to join our team in Porto (hybrid work).

Main Responsibilities

• Perform Ownership Verification and Record Keeping activities, ensuring accurate processing and maintenance of loan and fund records.
• Conduct document, position, and holdings reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies or data breaks.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and certification records in line with internal controls and compliance standards.
• Liaise with clients, Asset Managers, Loan Agents, Fund Accountants, and other stakeholders to obtain information and resolve queries.
• Contribute to process improvements,



operational efficiency initiatives, and team knowledge-sharing activities.

Your Profile

• Academic background in Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in financial operations, loan administration, reconciliation, record keeping, or a similar operational banking environment.
• Solid understanding of reconciliation processes, data validation, and operational controls within financial services.
• Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyse, reconcile, and interpret large data sets accurately.
• Previous exposure to a Banking, Asset Management, Fund Services, or Financial Services environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to work effectively across multi
