Overview As Production Manager at Emerson, you lead the value stream to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals while driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, develop people, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes within a culture of innovation and inclusion. You’ll address risks, coach operations staff, and partner with maintenance and quality to sustain equipment reliability and performance. and Supply Chain to develop and execute production plans aligned with business goals. * Ensure efficient use of resources and compliance with safety and quality standards. * Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve flow. * Support supervisors in prioritizing work, coordinating workloads, and maintaining performance. * Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement actions to meet on-time delivery and revenue targets. * Promote safety by working with EHS to identify risks and implement improvements. * Develop and coach team members through training and performance development. * Coordinate with maintenance and production to maximize equipment reliability. * Evaluate manufacturing methods and process capability to enhance quality and productivity. * Oversee external contractors, ensuring safety and site procedure compliance. * Support budget management and identify opportunities for cost savings. * Establish long-term plans to advance
