In this role you will translate business objectives into technical requirements and guide development work. You will manage incidents, root-cause issues, and ensure compliant, well-documented system changes. You’ll support delivery teams and supervise design, testing, and modifications, while maintaining up-to-date documentation. The position focuses on stabilizing operations, handling incidents in a structured, analytical way, and driving permanent solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role offers the chance to work with mainframe environments and specialized tooling to support ongoing system health and compliance. * Collaborate with product owners to translate business objectives into technical requirements * Analyze change requests, design solutions, and guide developers in implementation * Support development teams and oversee design, testing,
