The HR functions have the stunning role to empower every talent to reach their full potential, directly supporting our business and ongoing growth. In order to enforce our HR Business Partner Team, we are looking for an engaging and energetic HR Business Partner.
In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to shape and execute people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and long-term success. You will play a key role in aligning talent initiatives with business priorities, with a focus on workforce planning,



performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement. Working cross-functionally with HR and business teams, you will design and implement solutions tailored to diverse stakeholder needs.
In particular, you will:
- Collaborate with business managers to develop strategies for workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design to meet future business needs.
- Partner with managers in promotion and job change processes, ensuring that organizational design remains sustainable and focused on critical roles.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing coaching that fosters development, growth and problem-solving capabilities.
- Guide leaders to understand the factors driving employee engagement and their impact on business performance.
