Overview
In this role you will support the Motor Pricing Team across data collection, modeling, tariff development and quotes. You will apply advanced analytical techniques to assess risk and portfolio performance, and help refine tariff strategies. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with group practices and accurate KPI reporting. This position offers exposure to pricing theory in a large insurer and a chance to contribute to scalable pricing solutions.
Responsabilità
- Data collection and preparation for analysis and modeling
- Overall rate requirement analysis
- Technical analysis with advanced statistical techniques for risk and behavioral models
- Scenario testing to evaluate tariff impact on portfolio
- Quality assessment of models and analyses
- Develop reports based on updated KPI predictions
- Align with Group best practices and update technical documentation
- Support Fleets and Automotive quotes development
- Interface with other business functions
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's Degree in quantitative subjects
- Knowledge of Tower Watson Suite (Emblem & Radar, Classifier) would be a plus
- Proficient with SAS, Python and Office suite (incl. VBA for Excel)
- Advanced analytical skills (GLM/Machine Learning)
- Ability to engage with stakeholders
- Curious about new pricing approaches and committed to increasing technical knowledge
- High problem-solving attitude

- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
