In this role you will contribute to cutting-edge NAND analog design within Micron's NVE group, translating system requirements into optimized analog and mixed-signal circuits. Responsabilità
- Design, implement, and validate analog and mixed-signal circuits (charge pumps, regulators, amplifiers, ADC/DAC, bandgap, power management) across the full development lifecycle
- Translate system requirements into transistor-level architectures optimized for performance, power, area, noise, and reliability
- Perform comprehensive circuit simulation and verification (DC, AC, transient, noise, Monte Carlo, PVT corners) with parasitic-aware validation
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to optimize product performance, power consumption, die size, and manufacturability
- Develop user documentation and contribute to design reviews, silicon validation, and root-cause analysis
- Layout automation
- AI Enablement and Productivity responsibilities: use AI-assisted tools for code generation, review, debugging, and documentation; apply AI-enabled analysis to large design/verification datasets; automate repetitive tasks; evaluate emerging AI capabilities; integrate AI workflows with engineering activities
Requisiti fondamentali
- M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- Senior role with proven analog and mixed-signal CMOS circuit design experience
