Overview
As Country Manager for TikTok LIVE, you lead regional livestreaming operations and bridge product strategy with local execution. You scale teams, manage partnerships with agencies and creators, and drive growth, engagement, and revenue in your market. You work with cross-functional teams to translate vision into measurable indicators and initiatives. This role offers the chance to shape livestreaming strategy at scale in a fast-evolving, international environment.
Responsabilità
- Scale and lead the regional livestreaming team and translate product vision into execution plans and business indicators
- Oversee livestreaming operations, securing resources and partnerships with local agencies and creators, and manage contracts
- Plan and execute brand communications, industry education activities, and participate in local events
- Collaborate with core LIVE users to boost engagement and retention




- Contribute to LIVE revenue strategy and business models and ensure product-market fit by understanding user needs

Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 5 years in content, marketing or partnerships in tech, media, entertainment, or emerging industries
- Minimum 5 years in management
- Strong business acumen in emerging industries
- Very strong analytical and data-driven capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in an international, diverse environment
- Fluency in Italian
