Overview
In this role you will drive compliant, omnichannel digital engagement for selected products within the Commercial Portfolio. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate content and impactful customer journeys on approved channels. You will analyze insights to optimize performance and maintain platform readiness and governance. This position offers a meaningful chance to shape digital touchpoints and support portfolio outcomes in a regulated environment.
Responsabilità
- Develop omnichannel digital engagement plans aligned with portfolio strategy and execute them for high-quality customer journeys
- Analyze customer insights and channel performance to identify opportunities and drive improvements
- Manage the digital content lifecycle across approved channels ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate development and deployment of promotional and non-promotional digital content within portfolio strategy
- Monitor engagement metrics and journeys to optimize digital experiences




- Maintain channel readiness and deployment schedules for reliable activation
- Drive compliance and governance across all digital activities, ensuring audit-ready workflows
- Collaborate with Commercial Portfolio Unit, Medical, Regulatory, EE, and external partners to deliver digital initiatives using analytics and insights

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or Business; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
- Fluent in Italian and English
- 5-8 years of digital marketing and omnichannel experience, preferably in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or healthcare
- Proven ability to leverage insights and data to develop and optimize digital engagement plans
- Strong expertise in omnichannel execution, content lifecycle management, and governance in regulated environments
- Hands-on experience managing content, platforms, activation, readiness, and deployment across multiple
