Overview
In this role you will support the design and continuous improvement of reward processes for the Group Head Office and GOSP/GCT populations, ensuring governance and alignment with Group objectives. You will contribute to the performance management cycle and salary review processes, drive short-term incentive execution, and serve as a trusted advisor to HR business partners. You will promote the digitalization of reward processes through HR systems, supporting strategic reward initiatives and benchmarking to enhance transparency and efficiency.
Responsabilità
- Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of reward processes with governance and alignment to Group objectives
- Contribute to execution of the performance management cycle according to organizational priorities
- Support the salary review cycle ensuring data integrity and governance compliance
- Assist in implementing Short Term Incentive plans with effective execution and stakeholder alignment




- Act as trusted advisor and single point of reference for HR business partners on reward topics
- Promote digitalisation of reward processes via HR systems to improve efficiency and user experience
- Contribute to strategic reward initiatives such as pay transparency and compensation benchmarking
- Based in Milan

Requisiti fondamentali
- 6-8 years of experience in Reward in multinational companies or Big 4
- Good presentation skills (PowerPoint)
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities (Excel, pivots, lookups, logical functions)
- Effective use of AI tools
- Experience handling confidential information
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work effectively within complex organizational environments
- Passion and curiosity for HR and Reward
- Proactivity and willingness to take the extra mile with ownership
