Overview
In this role you drive ENT portfolio marketing across Italy, Greece, and Israel, partnering with sales and regional teams to accelerate technology adoption. You support product launches, physician education, and market development, using customer insights and competitive intelligence to shape strategy. You will collaborate with SHQ marketing and local leadership, and travel ~40% to events and customer sites. This position offers the chance to influence growth, education, and patient impact within Medtronic's healthcare mission.

Responsabilità
- Execute regional marketing strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with country ENT leaders and sales to accelerate adoption
- Identify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities
- Plan and run physician education programs, training, and market development activities
- Support product launches and commercialization across the cluster




- Develop competitive intelligence and provide tools for tenders and counter-messaging
- Assist in training new ENT teammates across the region
- Coordinate with SHQ marketing to align on priorities and best practices
- Support demand planning, forecasting, and business reviews for sustainable growth

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- Several years of marketing, product management, or commercial experience in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences
- Experience working with customers and commercial teams in a field-based environment
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics
