You speak fluent story. We have 2478 plot points you can work with. As ourTalent Brand Story Partner , you'll take on the exciting challenge ofbringing Namecheap's new parent brand to life across digital channels, both external and internal. Your first challenge is to fully develop our parent brand identity as an employer brand. You will lead the effort to refine our current EVP and find authentic and energising expressions of our talent brand identity through story telling and brand building.
You will spawn ideas, hunt for fellow Namecheap storytellers, weave inspiring narratives, and create vibrant digital content that glows up our company's reputation as an employer of choice. You will applystrong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills to a complex landscape. You'll work magic inmultiple communication channels, showcasing our workplace culture to potential job seekers. Just as importantly, you will help our own people stay connected to the essence of who we are and what we stand for.

100% remote as long as you're within the range of Central European Time (CET) – Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone. Reporting to: Director of Internal Communications. Tools: Claude, Click Up, G-Suite, Iterable, Linked In, Canva.
