At Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for a distinguished Door Attendant, who will deliver an iconic, memorable welcome to every guest arriving at our property.
Primary Responsibilities Include
Greet arriving guests at the hotel main entrance, opening doors, offering umbrellas, and extending a warm welcome.
Coordinate vehicle arrivals, taxis, private transfers, and valet parking in an organized manner.
Communicate arrival details immediately to the Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure personalized guest reception.
Maintain the hotel entrance, driveway, and portico area pristine and uncluttered.
Offer general assistance, local directions, and security oversight at the property entryway.
Requirements
What You Bring
Previous experience in a luxury hotel door or guest service role.
Charismatic presence, warm posture, and high standards of personal grooming.
Excellent communication and observational skills.
Ability to work outdoors under various weather conditions.
Fluent in Italian and English.
