Job Description
Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the Italian region in alignment with company goals and objectives.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Set ambitious revenue targets and establish sales quotas, ensuring consistent and sustainable growth.
Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple markets within the German region.
