You will strengthen culture and deliver business results by translating organizational priorities into actionable plans, executing business goals through data-driven decision making, and partnering with campus leaders to improve the employee experience. This role is accountable for the end-to-end employee experience, owning site(s)-level feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and environment standards that shape trust, engagement, and performance.
You will be expected to work onsite(s) at an Amazon facility, supporting multiple site(s)s within your region (campus) with regular mobility across assigned locations.
The applicable collective agreement for this role is CBA for employees of Logistics, Delivery and Shipping Sector. The position is classified at level 5 or above, depending on the candidate's skills, competences and experience.
Key job responsibilities
Employee Experience & Engagement
Foster two-way communication between employees and leaders through feedback mechanisms like Voice of the Associate, roundtables, and GEMBA walks
Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs, including budget planning and employee appreciation activities
Build an environment where employees feel safe and included, establishing Employee Resource Groups and ensuring equitable talent practices.
Maintain meaningful floor presence across the site(s), gathering insights and identifying early signs of disengagement
