What you'll be doing
You'll sit at the heart of the company's growth strategy,



spotting opportunities and building the kind of client partnerships that last.
Winning new business through proactive sales activity
Targeting prospective clients across specialist markets
Building relationships with hiring managers and senior decision-makers
Running client meetings, virtual and face-to-face
Negotiating commercial terms and service agreements
Partnering with recruitment consultants to deliver first-class solutions
Growing and developing key client accounts
Managing your pipeline and CRM like a pro
Repping the business at networking events and industry exhibitions
What we're looking for
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within a recruitment agency
A track record of winning and growing new business
Sharp communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
