Who We're Looking For
For our Credit Department within the Finance function at our Turin Headquarters, we are looking for a Credit Collector with proven experience in credit collection and credit management.
Key Responsabilities
Monitor the credit portfolio and manage collection activities;
Assess customers’ creditworthiness and identify potential risks of default;
Manage customer relationships regarding the recovery of outstanding amounts;
Conduct negotiations and define repayment plans where necessary;
Collaborate with internal departments, particularly Sales and Customer Service, as well as with field agents;
Monitor collection performance and contribute to reducing
