YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As Corporate Visual Merchandiser, based in Milan, you will bring your creativity, visual sensitivity and retail expertise to the Global Visual Merchandising Team, helping us ensure a consistent and impactful brand image across all markets worldwide.



You’ll work closely with the Global Visual Merchandising, Creative, Production, Retail and Market teams to drive excellence in visual presentation and strengthen Zegna’s luxury identity across all touchpoints.

More Specifically You Will

-
- Guide local markets in the implementation of Global Visual Merchandising Guidelines, ensuring consistency while adapting to local business needs.
- Support the development of Seasonal Visual Merchandising Guidelines by collaborating with Creative and Production teams.
- Be responsible for monitoring the correct execution of window calendars, product rotations and visual standards in line with merchandising and product delivery schedules.
- Act as a coach and brand ambassador by training and supporting local Visual Merchandising teams through feedback, best practice sharing and continuous development activities.
- Manage relationships with worldwide markets through regular store visits, promo
