Your Role





We are seeking an energetic and experienced

HR Business Partner Digital to join our HQ Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). Working in a fast-paced, matrix-structure organization, you will truly be an experienced generalist covering all facets of HR, including Employee Relations, Training, Development, Communication and Engagement, Payroll, Budget & Personnel Cost Management, Talent Acquisition and HR Administration. In this role, you will be crucial in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle in our Digital R&D; cluster and will work closely with our HQ leadership teams in deploying Company People Strategy.

Your role will ensure the management of various aspects of the employee lifecycle within strategic business areas at Group level.
