The HSE Engineer will focus on ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the industrial/manufacturing sector. This role involves developing and implementing effective safety procedures, risk assessments, and training programs to maintain a safe working environment.
- Act as the RSPP (Health & Safety Manager) for the site, ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations.
- Lead the site's Health, Safety & Environment programs, driving a proactive safety culture across the organization.
- Maintain and continuously improve risk assessments, HSE procedures, and statutory documentation.
- Plan and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop, track, and report HSE KPIs,



promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate HSE training programs and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
- Partner with occupational health professionals, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders.
- Support operational teams in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities.
- Oversee environmental compliance, including waste management, emissions, and permits.
- Manage HSE management systems and support certification processes (e.g. ISO standards).
- Champion employee engagement and awareness initiatives to strengthen the site's safety culture.

Requisiti: A successful HSE Engineer should have:A degree in engineering or a related field.KDegree in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Environmental, Safety Engineering, or a related discipline.7-10 years of HSE experience within manufacturing, chemical, or process industry environments.Qualified to act as RS
