You’ll oversee projects across the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business priorities, clear objectives, and measurable outcomes. Working closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, external partners, and subject matter experts, you’ll translate complex business needs into actionable plans. You’ll play a key role in stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management, and executive decision‑making. Accountabilities
Lead strategic projects, programs, and business enablement initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, implementation, and close‑out.
Define project objectives, scope, success measures, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, schedules, governance structures, and delivery plans.
Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements‑gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and solution‑definition discussions to establish clear business needs and scope boundaries.
Monitor and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, change requests, and competing priorities, providing recommendations and escalation options to sponsors and governance bodies.
