Mission We are looking for a Junior Execution Project Manager to support the execution of utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects in Italy, from NTP to COD, acting as Deputy Project Manager. You will contribute to planning, cost control, contract administration and site coordination, progressively taking direct responsibility for work packages or smaller projects. This is a development role: you will be exposed to the full project lifecycle, work closely with EPC contractors, suppliers, TSO/DSO and internal teams, and be trained on Zelestra's execution standards to grow into a future Project Manager. Based in Rome, with frequent site visits across Italy.
Responsibilities Project Planning & Control: support the master schedule, progress reports and CAPEX monitoring; verify progress data from contractors and Site Managers, flag deviations and maintain the risk register.
