Due to a constant growth, PQE Group is looking for a Junior Service Desk Specialist based in Rome (RM), Italy .
As the next Junior Service Desk Specialist you will support the Service Desk team in his supporting activities
You will be responsible for:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and
scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
About you:
1 Years of experience in the role
Passion for IT world
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
What we offer:
Fixed term contract under the CCNL Commercio




Gross annual salary of: €26000 up to 30000€
Travel premio for client assignments, including same-day trips
For client assignments, expenses will be fully reimbursed
Health insurance and occupational pension fund
