Job Description The Reporting Controller plays a key role within the Controlling department, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful business reporting to support management decision-making. The position is responsible for the preparation and analysis of headcount, personnel-related KPIs, revenue and profitability reporting, as well as the development and maintenance of reporting tools and dashboards.
Working in a dynamic and international environment, this role combines strong analytical capabilities, digital skills, and business acumen, requiring close collaboration with HR, Controlling, Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT teams.
What will you take care of?
You will be responsible for:
Reporting & KPI Management: Prepare periodic business reports (revenue, profitability, headcount, productivity) for management and headquarters, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
