Who are we looking for?
The Junior HR Generalist - Italy provides day-to-day HR support to employees and managers across the Villorba and Agliana chemical manufacturing sites. Based in Villorba and reporting to the Country HR Manager, the role supports core employee lifecycle activities, HR administration, data accuracy, recruitment, onboarding, training and local HR initiatives. The position works closely with the external payroll provider, supplying accurate and timely inputs and checking outputs as required, while payroll processing, payslip management and mandatory employment
