Siemens Italy is seeking a Transformation Program Manager based in Milan to lead a multi-year transformation of the Italian Grid Control portfolio onto Siemens Grid Software's global platform. You will define strategy, build migration roadmaps, manage governance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable modernization and value creation.
Fluency in English is required, and a track record of large-scale program leadership in critical infrastructure is essential.
