You partner with Account Executives to shape account strategy and turn complex customer challenges into differentiated, value-led solutions. These span Agentforce, Data 360, Financial Services Cloud, Service, Sales, Slack, MuleSoft and Tableau. You are a trusted advisor to C-level, business and IT stakeholders at major Italian banks, insurers and asset managers. You also multiply the impact of the Italy SE team through mentoring and by sharing best practices.## Key Responsibilities * Account strategy: Co-own account plans and white-space analysis with the AE. Focus on priorities such as customer 360, relationship manager and advisor productivity, digital onboarding, claims and servicing, and agentic AI in customer engagement.* Executive engagement: Lead discovery, value workshops and executive briefings in Italian and English.
