Themaindutiesandresponsibilitiesare:
- CoordinateorganizationalandadministrativefunctionsacrosstheFoodandBeverageDepartment,ensuringadherencetoJumeirahstandardsandobjectives,anddisseminatedepartmentalgoalstocolleagues.
- Establishperformancestandardsandjobdescriptionsforservicecolleagues,supportspecialpromotions,andengageinPRactivitiestoenhancetheHotel'simageandprofitability.
- Maintainup-to-datedepartmentalSOPs,updateproceduresandensurecommunicationofchangestorelevantdepartmentsandcolleaguesinatimelymanner.
- ExecuteassignmentsdelegatedbytheF&BDirector;,andfostersolidrelationshipswithotherdepartmentalmanagement.
- AssistinconductingbriefingswithOutletManagers,interactingwithlocalcommunityrepresentativesandpotentialguests,andmonitorcompetitoractivitiestoinformstrategicimprovements.




- MonitortheprofitabilityofF&Boutlets;,andprovidesolutionsforimprovementwhileensuringeachoutlet'sprofitability.
- AidinthedevelopmentofideastoincreaseF&Bsalesproductivity;,planandimplementeffectivesalesandpromotionalactivities,andidentifymarketneedsandtrendsforbothResortguestsandthelocalmarket.
- Contributetobuildinganefficientteamthroughtraining,development,safety,andwelfareinitiatives,andparticipateintrainingprogramstoimprovepersonalanddepartmentalstandards.
- AssistinthetraininganddevelopmentofOutletManagers,ensurecompliancewiththeQualityManagementSystem(QMS),andpromoteawarenessofcustomerrequirementsthroughouttheorganization.
- Provideongoingcoaching,counseling,anddisciplinetocolleagues,maintainappropriaterecordsofeducationandtraining,andensurestaffinglevelsandcompetencearesufficienttomeetorganizationalandcustomerneeds.
