Role and responsibilities Search for new sites for the development of renewable energy projects. Participation in the identification, analysis and selection of potential sites for the installation of renewable energy plants.
For the development of projects and related connection works; negotiation and stipulation of contracts (lease agreements, surface rights, easements, acquisitions, etc.)
Establishment of relationships and dialogue with local institutions and other administrations in coordination with the development team.
Establishment of relationships and dialogue with local operators and owners.
Support in the management of the various projects in development through dialogue with other external brokers.




Support in the processing of the necessary authorizations for the construction and operation of the plants.
Inspections on the national territory.
Report to the development team and the CEO or the person designated by him.
Support in the various areas of the company, in the management of the various projects in development.
Requirements Previous experience in negotiating and stipulating contracts for the acquisition of land for renewable energy projects or in the management and acquisition of land for real estate projects. Dynamic, organized and responsible person.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage the office package. The use of QGIS and other map viewers is appreciated. Job opportunities in an international environment.
