Senior Sales Manager (Utility-scale & C&I; Energy Storage ) Our client is an established international battery technology company expanding its European battery energy storage business. With strong in-house engineering capabilities and extensive experience in battery manufacturing, the company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive business development and strengthen its presence in the European BESS market. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's BESS business across the assigned European region. Identify new business opportunities and drive the sales of utility-scale and commercial & industrial (C&I;) energy storage solutions. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IPPs, utilities, EPCs, project developers, investors, and industrial customers. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and business development to commercial negotiations and contract closure. Build and develop a strong sales pipeline, identifying strategic projects and long-term business opportunities. Work closely with technical, engineering,



and project management teams to deliver customized energy storage solutions. Contribute to the company's market expansion strategy and support the development of regional sales teams as the business grows.
Several years of experience in sales or business development within the energy, renewable energy, battery storage, or electrical engineering sectors. Proven experience in selling complex technical solutions and closing high-value B2 B projects. Good understanding of utility-scale or C&I; BESS markets and their commercial structures. Established network among key industry stakeholders, such as utilities, EPCs, IPPs, project developers, or industrial clients. Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently, develop new markets, and manage strategic accounts.
