Responsabilità
- Prepare and coordinate EU import/export customs declarations
- Ensure completeness and regulatory compliance of customs documentation
- Classify goods and determine product origin per customs rules
- Serve as primary contact for customs brokers,
logistics providers, and authorities
- Review invoices and docs for quantities, values, and customs data
- Coordinate clearance activities and resolve customs issues for smooth goods movement
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on business
- Ensure compliance with sanctions, embargoes, and trade restrictions
- Support minimizing customs risks and avoiding delays in cross-border operations
- Provide and update shipping instructions for sea shipments
- Verify commercial/transport documentation
- Track sea shipments from origin to destination
- Monitor ETA at POL and POD
- Coordinate destination haulage and container unloading slot bookings via OTM
- Review and approve extra costs related to sea shipments
- Participate in carrier performance reviews and resolve freight issues
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2-3 years of experience in Customs, Trade Compliance, Import/Export Operations, or
