The EIB, the European Union's bank, is seeking to recruit for its Projects Directorate (PJ), Sustainability, Advisory & Impact Department (SAI), DG Coordination Office Division (DGCO), at its headquarters in Luxembourg, Associate Internal Communications Specialist*. This is a tempo pieno position at grade 4. The term of this contract will be 3 years. internal benchmark: Associate Officer Corporate Communication Panel interviews are anticipated for November-December 2026.
PURPOSE
Join the EIB's Projects Directorate and contribute to clear, engaging and effective internal communication across PJ. In this role, you will support the implementation of the PJ communications strategy by helping identify communication needs, develop communication solutions and deliver high-quality content, events,
presentations and intranet updates in close collaboration with the PJ Internal Communications Officer and in line with the Bank's policies and procedures. SPECIFIC POST ENVIRONMENT You will join the DG Coordination Office (DGCO), within the Sustainability, Advisory & Impact Department (SAI), as part of the EIB's Projects Directorate.
Reporting to the Head of DG Coordination Office, you will work closely with and under the supervision of the PJ Internal Communications Officer. OPERATING NETWORK In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across PJ departments and with EIB staff involved in communications activities, including colleagues in SG Communications and communications staff in other Directorates. You will contribute to a coordinated internal communications approach, ensuring that messages, formats and channels are appropriate for the intended audiences.
