Overview In this role you will support the Head of Finance across the EuCan cluster, turning financial data into actionable insights for regional commercial performance. You'll partner with country Finance and Commercial leaders to drive planning, forecasting, and decision-making, while building dashboards and reports for senior leadership. Provide financial analyses, insights, and recommendations for leadership discussions
Create executive materials and management reports to support decisions
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and outlook cycles across EuCan markets
Perform variance analyses and identify key drivers
Drive data quality, planning templates, and reporting automation
Coordinate planning timelines across markets and FP&A; teams
Build cross-functional partnerships with country Finance, FP&A;, Finance Operations, and Commercial stakeholders
Evolve the Finance Business Partnering model with stronger insights, storytelling, and business impact
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
Approximately 5+ years in finance roles (FP&A;, business partnering, reporting, or related)
Experience in biopharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing preferred
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; ability to turn data into insights
Experience with reporting/visualization tools; Power BI advantageous
CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, or MBA advantageous
Fluent English; additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese) desirable
