Overview In this role you will own the onboarding and operational delivery for enterprise customers, partnering with Product, Sales, Payroll, Legal, and Support to remove bottlenecks and scale processes. You'll drive operational excellence, build trusted customer relationships, and analyze data to uncover risks and improvement opportunities. Own onboarding and operational delivery for a portfolio of enterprise customers
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Payroll, Legal, and Support to resolve operational challenges
Build trusted relationships with customers and ensure high-quality operational experiences
Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Take ownership of increasingly complex customer environments
Contribute to building new operational playbooks to improve efficiency across Operations
1–3 years of professional experience
~ strong technical or analytical degree preferred (Engineering, Mathematics, CS, Physics, Economics)
