Overview
As a Data Scientist in Ferrero's Global Data Science & AI team, you solve complex business challenges with analytics and AI at scale. You will build and deploy AI-driven models across categories and geographies, shaping strategic decisions and supporting growth. The role emphasizes production-ready solutions, data integrity, and automation to enable cross-functional decision making. You'll work with cutting-edge methods and collaborate to elevate the company's analytics capabilities.
Responsabilità
- Analyze diverse datasets (internal and external) to answer business questions across categories/geographies
- Develop, test, and deploy models using traditional ML, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
- Design robust data cleaning and classification procedures to ensure data quality for modeling/reporting
- Automate analytical pipelines and explore AI-driven data preparation and model validation
- Create interactive Power BI dashboards and self-service UI solutions for stakehodlers




- Collaborate with data scientists and cross-functional partners to share knowledge and drive innovations

Requisiti fondamentali
- Master in Mathematics, Econometrics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent quantitative field
- Solid experience in Advanced Analytics with modelling techniques and statistical concepts
- Familiarity with modern AI approaches
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and product quality environments (advantage)
- Proficiency in Python; experience with Power BI, Azure, Spark, Scala
- Familiarity with Databricks and MLOps principles
- Strong analytical, creative, and test-and-learn mindset
- Fluent in English; able to manage stakeholders and translate analytics to business terms
