Overview
As Brand Manager for Stryker's Foot & Ankle in EMEA, you shape brand strategy and drive market share growth through targeted marketing plans. You own regional direction, develop campaigns, and lead portfolio growth while orchestrating education strategies for internal and external audiences. You collaborate with local teams to execute downstream activities and contribute to upstream initiatives addressing EMEA customer needs. This hybrid role combines strategic leadership with hands-on marketing, education, and stakeholder management to strengthen brand value across the region.

Responsabilità
- Set annual and long-range brand/indication strategy to meet growth, profit and market share targets
- Create and localize scalable assets, campaigns, and best practices for maximum regional impact




- Identify education and brand experience opportunities for internal and external audiences
- Develop strong relationships with local marketers, sales, stakeholders and customers
- Lead the Annual Marketing Plan for EMEA and a 3–5 year portfolio roadmap
- Forecast demand with country leadership and coordinate with supply chain
- Manage regional product life cycle including launches and phase-outs
- Analyze business performance and brand perception to inform strategy and mitigations
- Collaborate with Portfolio teams on new product development, line extensions and potential M&A;
- Influence and coordinate with local Product Managers within a complex matrix organization
- Create EMEA-wide, scalable customer engagement events (tours, congresses, hands-on opportunities)
- Manage branding, messaging, positioning and pricing based on market/competitive insights
- Lead commercialization planning for new product development with Portfolio teams
- Develop Key Opinion Leade
