Overview The role is part of the Corporate Controlling & Planning department, a central function within our multinational Group, reporting directly to the Group Management Consolidation & Reporting Manager. As a Group-level function, the team provides a comprehensive and integrated view of the Group's businesses, processes, performance, and key business dynamics, ensuring broad visibility across the organization and supporting effective Group governance and decision-making. The candidate will join the team in an agile, dynamic, and evolving business environment,
playing a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making by providing detailed financial insights.
Main Activities & Responsibilities Management Consolidation: budget, forecasts, year-end closing, monthly closing, and five-year plan.
Variance & Profitability Analysis: Analyze profitability and identify key variances against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance.
P&L; Management & Compliance: Ensure accurate income and cost allocations in the Group Management P&L;, aligning with Group guidelines and standards.
Reporting & Performance Tracking: Produce weekly and monthly performance reports (sales, headcount, P&L;).
Business Decision Support: Assist in developing business cases, ad-hoc financial analyses, and presentations for leadership meetings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Group top management, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive financial insights.
