In this Italy‐focused sales role you will expand our footprint across key sectors, generate new business, and support the distributor network. You will identify customer problems, propose practical solutions, and develop product ideas into trials with the innovation team. This role offers growth within a growing company and frequent collaboration with the UK team.
Responsabilità
- Develop sales across Italy and generate new business in key sectors (retail, automotive, manufacturing)
- Support and expand the distributor network
- Engage in customer contact, lead generation and B2B calls
- look for new product opportunities and turn ideas into product trials with the innovation team

Requisiti fondamentali




- At least 2 years experience in selling products
- Outstanding communication/interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Italian and English (oral and written)
- Ability to quickly understand customer problems and propose solutions
- Ability to work autonomously and largely unsupervised
- Flexible, reliable and willing to learn
- Willingness to travel to the UK frequently
