- real estate projects, rent and services charges management, real estate cost allocations, lease agreement administration.
Facility Managemen t - facility management service providers, facility management procurement, customer service requests, building security management, building and property operations & maintenance.
Performance Management - Portfolio Optimization, real esate savings reporting, benchmarking projects, energy consumption & sustainability reporting.
Procurement Management - supplier relationship ranagement, sourcing and purchasing, vendor registration, global & regional saving initiatives, support with global implementation projects.
Region WSEE (West, South & East Europe)
is one of 11 Regions, including 2 Global Centers (Gdynia, Pune).
Our diverse Team consists of 6 professionals who are based in Arnhem (3), Madrid (1) and Vimercate (2).
Our regional scope is West, South & East Europe which contains 21 Countries with in total of 52 office locations. In this Region WSEE, we support over 2.100 DNV colleagues with their real estate and procurement requirements. xlwpduy
The ideal candidate for this function:
has no less than
5 years practical experience
in real estate-, facility- and procurement management
is a native Italian speaker and speaks
(business) English fluently
is easy in communcation within a international / multicultural organisation on different managerial levels
is mentaly flexible, always ready for change
finds pride in delivering correct and complete projects and tasks
understands that data gathering and - reporting is the base for optimization initi
